I grew up never wanting to leave my hometown in Dorset, England, which is now very hard to believe!

In 2007, I made the out of character decision to fly to Miami, alone, and join the Carnival Valor on an eight-month contract around the Caribbean. I had never even seen a cruise ship in real life before, so standing on the dock side in the crew line, staring up at this huge ship that held 4000+ people, was intimidating to say the least. But it turned out to be the best decision I ever made and it completely transformed my life, in every possible way!

I spent the next three years traveling the world on various cruise ships and lines as a crew member in the Spa, before spending the next three years working for an internationally renowned 5* spa brand as an International Training Manager. My love for travel grew to an obsession, and no matter where life has taken me since, it’s a passion I have never lost.

In 2013, I hung up my rather nomadic lifestyle and met my husband Carl on a night out! We were married two years later, and after a tough journey, our boys, Henry & Jack, came along. Carl & I’s shared aim is to show them as much of the world as we can, whilst they still want to travel with “Mummy & Daddy”.

Nowadays, you’ll find me continuing to research my family history (there’s a lot to learn), working on my debut novel and vlogging my family travels for my own library of memories (AKA my YouTube channel). I spend every moment I can with Carl and our boys, who fill my world with all the magic life can offer.
